NAKATAKDANG ilipat sa Special Intensive Care Area (SICA) sa Taguig City mula sa New Bilibid Prison (NBP) sa Muntinlupa City si dating Negros Oriental Representative Arnolfo A. Teves, Jr..
Ayon kay National Bureau of Investigation Director Jaime Santiago ang hakbang ay base sa inilabas na commitment orders ng dalawang korte sa Maynila.
Nahaharap sa mga kasong 10 counts of murder, 13 counts of frustrated murder at five counts of attempted murder si Teves sa Manila regional trial court Branch 51 dahil sa pagpatay kay Gov. Roel Degamo at siyam iba sa Pamplona, Negros Oriental noong Marso 4, 2023
Samantala, sa Manila RTC Branch 12 naman ay nahaharap siya sa mga kasong murder at illegal possession of firearms and explosives ang dating mambabatas.
May mga kinahaharap pang ibang kasong kriminal si Teves sa mga korte sa Maynila, Bayawan City sa Negros Oriental at Quezon City.
Ikinulong sa Bilibid si Teves mula nang ibalik ito sa bansa mula sa Timor-Leste dalawang linggo na ang nakakalipas.
